Ingredients & Recipe

-2 sliced potatoes

-1 sliced onion

-2-3 green chillies (can take more if you can handle spice)

-1 small piece of chopped ginger

-A handful of Curry leaves

-1 can of coconut milk

-Oil

-Take a pressure cooker, put some coconut oil, wait until heated, then saute onions, potatoes, green chillies and chopped ginger with salt as per taste until it is half cooked.

-Add some water until the potatoes are dipped inside it.

-Close the pressure cooker and wait for 2 whistles to blow.

-Open the pressure cooker once down at room temperature and add a can of coconut milk into it.

-Wait until one boil appears.

-Garnish it with a teaspoon of coconut oil and a few curry leaves on top of it 

You can consume this curry with rice, authentic appam, idli, dosa and idiyappam
